• Account credentials (password is encrypted and never stored in plain text)
• Product, inventory, and sales data synced from your MYOB AccountRight
• Usage data such as login times and feature usage

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the GFSSoft platform and services
• Sync data between your MYOB AccountRight and GFSSoft
• Generate business analytics, reports, and forecasts
• Send account notifications and service updates
• Improve our platform and develop new features

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure password hashing, session management, and regular security audits. MYOB API credentials are stored securely and used only for authorised data synchronisation.

4. Third-party services

GFSSoft integrates with:

• MYOB AccountRight — for accounting data synchronisation (governed by MYOB's own privacy policy)
• Hosting provider — for server infrastructure
• Email service — for transactional notifications

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or business data with any other third parties.

5. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
